Wire Forms

Wire forms are used in all possible variations and shapes. Our different manufacturing technologies allow us to find cost-effective solutions.

Stumpp + Schüle manufactures wire forms both as prototypes in small quantities and in series on state-of-the-art machines. Our multi-slide bending machines enable the cost-effective production of complex parts with annually recurring series requirements. We offer this solution from an annual requirement of 50,000 pieces. For lower series requirements per year, we have the possibility to offer a cost-effective solution with our sister plants of the Lesjöfors Group on flexible CNC high-performance automatic machines. The required tools are developed at our headquarters in Beuren and manufactured in our own tool shop.

For this purpose, we have all the technical possibilities of parts development and parts production at our disposal. This also includes FE calculations and sample production.

We process all materials such as stainless steels up to a strength of 2,000 N/mm², carbon steels soft and prehardened, aluminum, copper and copper alloys. If necessary, subsequent heat treatment (tempering, bainitic quenching and tempering or special hardening processes) is possible on our own equipment.
We also offer numerous additional processes such as shot peening, glass bead blasting, vibratory grinding, cleaning and preservation processes, surface coatings and special packaging.We process all materials such as stainless steels up to a strength of 2,000 N/mm², carbon steels soft and prehardened, aluminum, copper and copper alloys. Our competence also includes the production of assemblies as well as the assembly of assemblies. In combination with stamped-bent parts, wire-bent parts, compression springs and other components made of metal or plastic, we can offer you a complete solution.

In addition to wire bent parts, our production program also includes bent parts made of strip material.
