Compression spring manufacturing
Our manufacturing expertise spans the full range of compression spring manufacturing: Coiling, tempering, grinding, internal chamfering, external chamfering, shot peening, glass bead blasting, vibratory grinding, hot clamping, cold setting, demagnetizing, 100% spring force testing, surface coatings, preservations, special packaging, endurance testing, residual dirt analysis.
Multi-slide bending manufacturing
Our manufacturing competence in the production of stamped and bent parts includes not only the production of parts, but also the production of individual manufacturing tools. Parts production in our company is carried out exclusively on multi-slide bending machines made by Bihler. For this purpose we have more than 20 machines of different sizes at our disposal. Any additional processes that may be required can be carried out in-house (tempering, hardening, shot peening, vibratory grinding, surface coating, preservation, residual dirt analysis, packaging).
Our manufacturing expertise in the production of stampings begins with the design of the stamping dies. We manufacture on progressive stamping dies single, double and multiple falling. For this purpose, we have a machine park of automatic punching machines up to 80 tons at our disposal. Any additional processes can be carried out in our own company. (tempering, shot peening, vibratory grinding, surface coating, preservation, residual dirt analysis, packaging …).

To meet residual dirt requirements, we preserve and pack in a special clean room.
