More about our products

Not every component takes centre stage – but every component counts – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post (AI-generated illustration)

In technical systems, it is often the inconspicuous parts that determine function, service life, and stability.

Springs as well as stamped and formed parts fulfill exactly this role: They store energy, compensate tolerances, and ensure controlled motion — millions of times, reliably, and under constant load.

What truly counts is not visibility, but precision in every detail. Stumpp + Schüle stands for components that operate in the background — and make the difference exactly where it matters.

LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart – insights into intralogistics in practice – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post

On March 26, our Head of Sales, Lukas Baran, visited the exhibition and gathered first-hand insights into current developments and trends.

What becomes clear:
Intralogistics is increasingly evolving into a combination of automation, intelligent control, and fully integrated processes. Systems are not only becoming faster, but also more connected, flexible, and precise.

Whether conveyor technology, robotics, or autonomous systems:
The requirements for components are continuously increasing. Higher cycle rates, maximum reliability, and absolute process stability are key.

This is exactly where Stumpp + Schüle comes in:
Our components are part of these systems – often invisible, but essential for their performance. Because only when every single component works reliably can the overall system deliver.

Many thanks for the impressions from the exhibition and the valuable and insightful discussions with partners.

From strip to function – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post (AI-generated illustration)

A piece of strip does not look like innovation. Until it becomes one. Through precise forming, controlled processes, and deep material understanding, it transforms into a functional component that performs a defined task — reliably and repeatedly.

What seems simple is often the result of highly optimized processes behind the scenes.
At Stumpp + Schüle, we don’t just produce parts. We create function through engineering.

Scaling changes everything – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post

Producing one part is simple. Producing millions changes the rules. At scale, even the smallest deviation becomes critical.

Tool wear, material variation, and process dynamics must be controlled with absolute precision.
Scaling is not just increasing volume — it is mastering consistency.

With decades of experience, we ensure that performance remains identical from the first part to the millionth.

Processes determine quality – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post

Quality is often associated with inspection. But in reality, quality is created long before the first part is measured. Stable processes, precise tooling, and controlled parameters define the outcome. Inspection only confirms what the process has already produced.

This is why our focus lies on:
• process capability
• tool precision
• repeatability

Because true quality does not need correction — it is built into the system.

Engineering starts long before production – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post (AI-generated illustration)

The most expensive mistakes in manufacturing aren’t made on the shop floor. They are made in the CAD file long before production begins.

At Stumpp + Schüle, we believe that real excellence is decided in the “early phase.” Engineering isn’t just about making a part; it’s about making it scalable, stable, and cost-efficient.

Choices made during development dictate 80% of the later product quality and production costs. This is why our Co-Engineering process starts at the very beginning of your journey:

Design-for-Manufacturing: We optimize geometries to ensure that a complex stamped part or a 0.2 mm spring can be produced with absolute process stability over millions of cycles.

Simulation & Material Selection: We use advanced testing and simulation to predict how materials will behave under extreme fatigue and different environments—long before the first series tool is built. Validation & Prototyping: Utilizing in-house toolmaking and 3D printing, we create precise samples to validate your design, bridging the gap between a theoretical concept and industrial reality.

With over 85 years of experience, we help you turn “what if” into “here’s how it’s done at scale.” Are you currently in the development phase for a new assembly? Let’s optimize your design together before the first wire is coiled. Send us a message to start the conversation with our engineering team.

Where control begins, precision is created – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post

Precision springs and stamped parts are rarely visible. Yet, micrometer-level precision determines the reliability and lifetime of entire assemblies. Without the exact return force or mechanical retention, the system fails.

At Stumpp + Schüle, we know that in high-end engineering, “close enough” is never enough. Whether it is storing force, enabling a return, or ensuring critical electrical contact—the stability of complex systems depends on components working in the shadows.

Our engineering ensures that:
Processes maintain maximum stability over millions of cycles.
Assemblies perform without failure in functional-critical environments.
Quality is not a coincidence, but a mindset embedded in our IATF 16949 certified production.

Where does your precision begin? Let’s push the boundaries of what’s possible together.

From prototype to 40 million parts – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post

A prototype shows what is possible. Series production shows who has truly mastered the process. The journey from a first sample to 40 million parts is paved with technical hurdles.

Many projects struggle not with the idea, but with scaling. At Stumpp + Schüle, we act as a development partner, guiding customers through the entire industrialization journey.

Our formula for successful scaling:
Co-Engineering: Optimizing parts during the design phase for high-volume production.
Automation: Tailoring manufacturing auxiliary processes to meet specific volume needs.

With over 85 years of experience, we know how to transfer process stability into mass production.
Are you planning the ramp-up of a new assembly? Let’s talk about your requirements for high-volume series production.

When temperatures rise, so does performance – Stumpp + Schüle LinkedIn post (AI-generated illustration)

While nature is getting ready to bloom, our machines are already doing the heavy lifting. Spring brings motion—just like our springs and bent parts do in your most demanding applications.

Warmer weather marks the high season for industries like agriculture and energy. This is where machines and tools must deliver peak performance under extreme outdoor conditions.

Our components support this drive:
Agricultural Technology: Robust springs for innovative farming machinery.
Energy Sector: Innovative solutions for the future of the energy industry.
Mechanical Engineering: Materials designed to withstand diverse and harsh environments.
Engineering happens long before production. We use the energy of the season to partner with you on early-stage co-engineering and parts optimization.
